A few things worth knowing

What happens after payment?

Once payment is confirmed, open your private setup page to choose the event name, theme and cover photograph. Your host controls contain the guest link and QR artwork. Keep your private confirmation link safe.

Do guests need an app?

Guests open the event link in their phone browser, enter a name and use the camera. Each guest browser has a 12-photo allowance. A different browser or device can create a separate allowance.

How do we get everyone involved?

Introduce the camera in a short announcement, share the link in your group chat and place the QR where people naturally pause. Our host guide includes ready-to-use messages.

When can everyone see the photos?

You review the collection in your host controls and press Reveal when you are ready. The reveal time is a planning aid; publishing always requires your action.

Will portrait and landscape photos fit?

Portrait stays portrait and landscape stays landscape in the digital gallery. Original downloads preserve the uploaded image. Physical print layouts will be confirmed separately when those products launch.

Can you deliver printed QR cards?

The current package includes downloadable QR artwork for your own printing. We are testing a delivered card pack and will publish its price and delivery times once validated.
