A little introduction makes a big difference. Use this guide to prepare your camera, invite your guests and plan the reveal.
01 / Before guests arrive
- Finish your event name, theme and cover photograph in your private setup page.
- Open your guest link on a phone and check that the correct event appears. Any test photo uses an allowance; hide it in the host controls before the reveal.
- Download the QR artwork from your host controls. If printing it yourself, use a clear, high-contrast print and test the actual card with another phone.
- Put the QR where guests pause: the entrance, tables or bar. Keep it within easy reach and well lit.
- Share the guest link in the group chat as a second way to join. Keep the host credential and order confirmation private.
02 / Give it a warm introduction
Ask the host, MC or a confident friend to introduce Memory Roll. Show one person how to join, then invite them to help their table. Give guests permission to capture ordinary, funny and affectionate moments.
Each guest browser gets 12 photographs. Guests should use the same browser throughout and wait for each save to finish. If saving fails, keep the page open and use the retry control.

Add your event name and guest link. These drafts stay in your browser; nothing is sent automatically.
Group-chat invitation
We have a little camera for our celebration! Open [add your guest link], enter your name and take up to 12 photos during the day. We'd love your view of the people, laughter and little moments. We'll share the collection after the reveal.

We've made a shared camera for our celebration. Scan the QR or open the link in the group chat. You each have 12 photos to take on your phone. Capture the moments you love, and we'll discover them together afterwards.
One gentle reminder
A little reminder that our Memory Roll is open: [add your guest link]. If a moment makes you smile, we'd love to see it through your eyes. Wait for each photo to finish saving before closing the page.
After you press Reveal
The photos from our celebration are ready! Find a quiet moment, open [add your guest link] and enjoy the first look. Thank you for capturing the day with us. Please keep the link within our guest group.

03 / A quick check during the event
Open the host controls to check that photographs are arriving. If few people have joined, ask a friend to demonstrate the camera and send one gentle reminder. Avoid interrupting speeches or important moments.
04 / Give the reveal its moment
- Review the collection privately. Hide test images and anything you do not want to share.
- Choose a cover that keeps faces visible, then check it on a phone.
- Press Reveal when you are ready. A scheduled time alone never publishes photographs.
- Share the guest link again. Anyone with that link can see the revealed photographs, so share it with your intended guests.
- Download the originals promptly and keep your own backup.
